2025 Investor Event
263 Summer Street
South Boston, MA
Our first-ever investor meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 30th at 263 Summer Street, and we hope that you’ll join us. Situated at the entrance to South Boston’s Fort Point Channel neighborhood, 263 Summer Street is one of our most recent acquisitions and is recognized not only as an iconic part of Boston’s skyline but also as among Boston’s most prominent office-to-residential conversion projects to date. We are excited to share firsthand knowledge of regional investment and offer a behind-the-scenes look at our strategies for approaching unique opportunities as well as our ability to leverage the broad capabilities of our team towards maximizing the value in each one.
The highlights of this event will include a special presentation on the real estate investment marketplace from Spencer Levy, the Global Client Strategist and Chief Economic Advisor at CBRE. While you may be in regular touch with us, you cannot miss the inimitable Spencer Levy speak in his unique manner! Following his presentation, Spencer will be available to answer questions before we begin tours of the building.

Investor Portfolio Report
We have prepared a current summary analysis of your investments with The Grossman Companies. Please click the button below to access the report, which is now available in your online portal. The report contains granular detail on the performance of both active and closed ventures as well as an aggregate summary of your total investment portfolio to date. Please note that if at any point during the life of a respective investment you reassigned your interest in that investment to another entity, the related contributions and distributions outlined in this summary are likely to be misaligned. This is due to a nuance in how data is captured by the software program that we use to manage the inflows and outflows of investment capital. We apologize for this inconvenience and will be available to address any questions that you may have.
The annual process of preparing tax documentation for your respective investments with us is well underway. As you may know, the timing for delivering this documentation to you can vary based on several factors, some of which are beyond our ability to fully control. While we make every effort to expedite the process, we typically recommend that our investors file a tax extension to avoid any issues related to outstanding documentation and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
We expect to have the majority of our tax documentation completed by April15th in most cases, with the exception of our multifamily fund K-1s, which we expect to complete by approximately June 15th. We will provide the documentation on a rolling basis as it becomes available, and this may be before April 15th in most cases. We will keep you up to date on deliverables relative to your respective investment interests and thank you in advance for your patience.
